With its abundant natural resources, including pristine water sources and locally grown grains, Saskatchewan provides the perfect backdrop for high-quality beer and spirits production. You can find a diverse array of breweries and distilleries scattered across the province, each offering its own distinct taste of Saskatchewan’s rich brewing and distilling heritage. From innovative craft beers to artisanal spirits, Saskatchewan’s craft beverage scene has something to delight every palate.

Breweries

Crossmount Cider Company
Hours: Friday to Sunday from 12 PM – 6 PM
30 Glen Road, Crossmount

Specializing in handcrafted ciders made from Saskatchewan apples without the use of any artificial flavours or sweeteners, Crossmount offers a refreshing and natural taste of the region’s orchards.

High Key Brewing Co.
Hours: Sunday to Tuesday from 11:30 AM – 9 PM, Wednesday – Thursday 11:30 AM – 10 PM, Friday – Saturday 11:30 AM – Midnight

Delivering bold flavors and innovative brews, High Key Brewing embodies the adventurous spirit of Saskatoon’s craft beer scene. They enjoy experimenting with local ingredients, pushing the boundaries, and most of all – being creative.

9 Mile Legacy Brewing
Off Sale Purchasing: Thursday to Friday from 4 PM – 7 PM, Saturday from 11 AM – 4 PM

Starting out as a nano-brewery located in a small business incubator – brewing 100L at a time, they love to combine tradition with experimentation. Working with community partners, they produce a diverse range of beers inspired by local ingredients.

Armoury Brewing
Hours: Friday to Saturday from 12 PM – 10 PM

Located inside an old, restored armoury, this veteran-owned brewery is known for its commitment to quality and service. Stop by to sample their many beers and feel like a part of the local community.

Churchill Brewing Co.
150 105 Street East, Saskatoon
Keeping true to pioneering spirit, they brew a beer worth exploring. These craft beers are batch brewed with no preservatives or additives leaving the beer as pure as the crisp waters of the Churchill River.

Saskatoon Brewery
Hours: Wednesday to Thursday from 4 PM – 9 PM, Friday to Saturday from 4 PM – 10 PM

Prairie Sun Brewery

21st Street Brewery

A small batch brewery located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon, dedicated to brewing a wide variety of hand-crafted suds! Committed to the artistry of crafting beer, they blend tradition, creativity and boldness to produce unmatched products.

Distilleries

Black Fox Farm & Distillery
Hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 12 PM – 7 PM
245 Valley Road, Saskatoon

Proudly cultivating their own farm, they grow fruits, flowers, and grains on-site for use in crafting artisanal spirits like whisky, gin, and liqueurs. This farm-to-bottle approach ensures a genuine and locally sourced experience in every sip of these crafted creations.

Lucky Bastard Distillers
Store Hours: Monday to Saturday from 12 PM – 6 PM
814 – 47th Street East, Saskatoon

This first distillery to operate in Saskatoon since prohibition has made a name for themselves by never compromising on quality. They are committed to producing premium spirits and liqueurs using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Stumbletown Distilling
Hours: Thursday to Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, Saturday from 2 PM to 9 PM
20-1905 Quebec Avenue, Saskatoon

Not afraid to try new things, they have crafted some unique blends of gin, vodka, whiskey and liqueurs. They pride themselves on using unique local ingredients to push the envelope while staying true to the traditions of artisan spirits.

Wineries

Wolf Willow Winery
Hours: vary by season
Broderick, Saskatchewan

The owners’ adventurous spirit and love of nature lives in the wines they make. Using only natural ingredients – the natural flavours and aromas bring out a bold and distinctive flavour. The winery is open to the public for wine tastings, orchard/winery tours, delicious locally sourced food, and wine by the glass on the patio.
