Born and brewed in Saskatchewan, Rebellion Brewing stands for doing things our own way — loud, proud, and unapologetically Saskatchewan. Since 2014, we make beer with attitude, built from local ingredients and a love of community. No corporate suits, no boring beers — just real people making great beer.

We have expanded to Saskatoon to open our second taproom location inside the Gather Local Market. My name is Caylin, and I made the move in January 2026 from Regina to Saskatoon to manage this location!

Free experiences:

Hop sensory station. Learn about our hops that make our beer! Get to play around and smell with whole hops, hop pellets and hop extracts

Paid experiences:

A pairing flight with a beer and a snack Aswell as a self-guided tasting tour

There is a parking lot beside market or street parking.

Farm Rules:

No dogs indoors

Saturday Hours: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Sunday Hours: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

We offer a wide variety of beer and hard iced teas as well as Spot On ciders, Wolf Willow wine and spritzers and Dobrowady vodka. We serve beer in 10oz, 16oz and 20oz pours, cocktails using Saskatchewan liquor and ready-to-drink cans. We offer something for everyone!
