Saskatchewan Open Farm Days is August 9 & 10, 2025.
Golden Eden Produce is a family-run farm that transitioned from field crops like wheat and canola to fresh produce, including peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The farm’s greenhouse covers 2/3 of an acre, allowing them to offer locally grown, non-GMO, and chemical-free food to most of Saskatchewan.
Located on the original family homestead amidst the prairies, and buffered from neighbouring fields by their surrounding hay land, Golden Eden Produce is an oasis of fresh vegetables. Their year starts in mid-December with seeding and germination, followed by moving the young plants into the greenhouse in February, where tomatoes, sweet (as well as spicy) peppers, and both Long English and Mini cucumbers are grown.
Golden Eden Produce primarily sells wholesale, with their products available through local retailers and by special arrangement. They encourage customers to ask for their produce at their local grocery stores.
