Saskatchewan— Saskatchewan Open Farm Days is returning on August 8 & 9, 2026, offering a backstage pass to the province’s rich agricultural heritage and thriving culinary scene. Over 35 host locations across the province—including farms, ranches, orchards, and craft beverage producers, are opening their gates to connect consumers directly with local food producers.

- Guided Bus Tours (Saturday, August 8): Skip the driving and hop aboard a fully hosted, hassle-free bus tour departing from Saskatoon or Swift Current. Tickets include all-day transportation, guided farm stops, and lunch. The 2026 Saskatchewan Open Farm Days Bus Tours are Fueled by UFA, and tickets are $30/adult and $15/youth 15 and under, they include transportation and lunch.
- Self-Guided Road Trips: Build a custom ag-cation using ready-made regional itineraries designed around local flavors, hands-on activities, and family-friendly farm stops.
Saskatchewan Open Farm Days is an interactive, all-ages experience designed for anyone curious about local food, modern farming, and the sweeping fields that define our province. During the event, guests can dive into authentic field-to-fork experiences by meeting local producers, touring working fields, sampling fresh regional foods, and learning about sustainable agricultural practices straight from the source. With family-friendly highlighted stops featuring hands-on activities for kids, live animal encounters, and bustling local markets, it’s an engaging way to celebrate the rich connection between Saskatchewan agriculture and our everyday plates.

With 38 participating locations across the province, the event bridges the gap between rural and urban communities, building stronger connections to the land that feeds us. This year, Saturday bus tours are fueled by UFA Cooperative Limited. This sponsorship enables us to reduce the adult bus tour tickets to $30/person.
